Life on the team
As a Data Analyst at Computacenter, you’ll support key business functions by producing accurate reporting, analysing performance data, and ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customer‑facing functions, helping to improve service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and insights, improving reporting processes, and ensuring accuracy across management information. This is a hybrid role, combining time working from home with onsite presence as required to support business and customer needs.
What you’ll do
- Produce and maintain management information reports, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Work within an Agile scrum team continually reviewing requirements with product owners, data analysts, and stakeholders to provide incremental value each sprint.
- Work within an international team with people based across several countries.
