The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical support in a healthcare setting. This role includes administering immunizations, triaging patients, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer immunizations to patients following established protocols
- Triage patients by assessing conditions and prioritizing care needs
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
- Support clinical operations by collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education
