The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical support in a healthcare setting. This role includes administering immunizations, triaging patients, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer immunizations to patients following established protocols
  • Triage patients by assessing conditions and prioritizing care needs
  • Document patient care accurately in medical records
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
  • Support clinical operations by collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings
  • Training in emergency response and triage
  • Certifications (if applicable)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred
