Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, hemodynamic status, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, fluids, and advanced therapies as prescribed.
- Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
- Assess patient conditions and intervene promptly in emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations.
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Support patient transfers and coordinate care across departments.
- Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current RN license issued by the applicable state board of nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in ICU, CCU, or emergency nursing.
