We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Midweight Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality creative across both digital and print.

Working across Compton Studio, our creative agency, and our main business Compton, you’ll play a key role in ensuring design consistency, brand integrity, and creative excellence throughout all visual communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, adapt, and roll out visual assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Execute design amends and production work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare final artwork for various formats, including digital and print.
  • Support senior designers on concept-led projects and campaign rollouts.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all touchpoints and platforms.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, production techniques, and software developments.
Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with the wider creative team to deliver engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Maintain a high standard of design output across campaigns, presentations, marketing materials, and internal documents.
  • Collaborate with freelance creatives where required to ensure the best possible output.
Skills and ExperienceEssential
  • 3–5 years of experience in design.
  • Creative agency experience desired but not essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, well-executed design.
  • Understanding of digital and print production processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A good eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a dedicated artworker or hybrid designer/artworker role.
  • Portfolio showcasing both creative and technically polished execution.
  • Familiarity with brand systems and large-scale asset rollout.
