We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, ambitious and highly organised Executive Assistant, who has excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with others, to join Compton Care. This position would suit someone looking to develop their career or equally someone who is already an established Executive Assistant with experience of line managing senior administration staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Chief Executive, Chairman of the Board and Trustees.
  • Complex diary management, preparation of presentations and reports, provision of briefing papers and full administration of governance meetings.
  • Management and coordination of the Reception team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a PA at executive level and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organisational skills; ability to manage complex priorities and decisions.
  • High level of competency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and deadlines.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a Standard submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
