Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday flexible)

Salary: £25,353 per annum (pro rata)

Compton Care provide high quality, accessible care and support. For over 40 years we have been providing specialist palliative and end of life care to patients, and support for their families, helping them to navigate every aspect of living with a life limiting condition. Our specialist care, whether delivered at our purpose-built facilities or at home is tailored to individual needs. As well as providing high-quality clinical care, Compton Care also offers a wide range of enhanced care services including psychological therapies, social care, respite and complementary therapies.

What will you do?

In this meaningful and varied role, you will help keep community service governance, assurance and administration processes running smoothly. You will coordinate meetings, maintain action logs and trackers, support audit and quality activity, and ensure key information is accurate, organised and available when needed. You will support the Community Head of Service, coordinate meetings, collect and prepare reports whilst always communicating professionally with staff, managers, volunteers and external stakeholders using tact and discretion.

What we want you to bring.

You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. You will be comfortable prioritising deadlines, using systems accurately and building positive working relationships across teams and can work independently. You will need to have good organisational and administrative skills, including being able to use MS Office applications to support your work. You will understand governance, quality and incident reporting, or willing to develop this knowledge.
