Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: Β£46,817 per annum

Join us as a Community Specialist Palliative Care Clinician

At Compton Care, we're growing - as our innovative community services continue to expand, we're looking for compassionate and skilled nurses and paramedics to join our award-winning nationally recognised Specialist Palliative Care Rapid Response and Virtual Ward teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of specialist palliative and end of life care, delivering responsive, hospice-level care in patients' own homes. Our Rapid Response service provides urgent assessment and intervention, while our Virtual Ward enables patients with complex needs to receive intensive specialist support without hospital admission.

Working alongside a highly skilled consultant-led, multidisciplinary team, you'll use your clinical expertise, decision-making skills and compassionate approach to support patients and families when they need us most.
