The Main Course (Key Responsibilities)
- Serve customers with warmth and efficiency
- Take orders, prepare beverages, and process payments at the till
- Operate dishwashers and manually wash utensils
- Keep tables and kitchen areas clean and tidy
- Follow food safety standards, including correct chopping boards and temperature control
- Assemble food according to specifications and pictures
- Assist with storage and dispatch of food
- Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent quality
