  • You’ll prepare, cook and present high-quality meals with care, consistency and flair.
  • You’ll play an important part in delivering food that supports comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
  • You’ll work across a varied catering environment, from patient meals to customer-facing café service and special events.

  • Mains – What you’ll be serving up
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting a wide range of hot and cold meals to a high standard.
  • Following standardised recipes, portion controls and quality checks to keep every plate consistent and delicious.
  • Supporting menu planning and recipe development, including seasonal ideas and customer favourites.
  • Overseeing plating and service to make sure meals are accurate, appealing and delivered on time.
  • Training, guiding and mentoring junior team members while building a positive, supportive kitchen culture.
