Sous Chef (Hourly) – London We\’ve been looking for a Sous Chef just like you! As a Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen is run in accordance with company and legal guidelines, and that we deliver the perfect plate every time in a clean and safe environment. You will be someone who consistently delivers to brand standard and enjoys additional responsibilities including managing and developing the kitchen team and deputising in the absence of the Head Chef.
