We've been looking for a Head Chef just like you! As a Head Chef you will be responsible for the entire kitchen operation. You will ensure that the kitchen is run in accordance with company and legal guidelines, delivering the perfect plate every time. You will have success in managing and developing kitchen porters and chefs to deliver the very best food to our guests. Critical to this role's success is upskilling your understudy to be able to uphold your own high standards in your absence.
