We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activity across our restaurants across London and the UK. This is a hands-on role, working closely with our support team and restaurant teams, therefore you must be willing and able to commute to our beautiful office near Marylebone/Paddington, as well as our UK venues. You will ensure campaigns, content and promotions are effectively delivered across all customer channels and locations, but most importantly across all three of our brands; Comptoir Libanais, Yalla Yalla and Shawa.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver high impact marketing campaigns across digital, print and in-venue channels
- Manage our growth on third-party delivery platforms (e.g. Deliveroo, Uber Eats)
- Oversee CRM, email marketing, website content, social media and overall tech stack
- Lead and develop our in-house marketing team (Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager) and manage our external agencies, partners and suppliers
- Build a real sense of partnership in the business, through on-site presence; supporting delivery and development of all local and brand marketing initiatives
- Work with internal teams and franchise partners to align and support marketing activity
- Track campaign results, analyse and report on key performance metrics, and use this data to always evolve the marketing strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Comparable experience within a growing hospitality business
- A thorough understanding of the UK restaurant scene
- Team leadership experience is essential, together with external agency management
- Someone with a balance of creativity and commercial mindsets, comfortable with accountability and data driven decision making
- Project management skills are essential; ability to define, engage & lead cross functional teams from brief to execution
- Strong communicator with demonstrable experience learning from and influencing stakeholders in and outside the business.
- Ability to manage multiple brand delivery platforms and digital marketing channels concurrently, often in tight timeframes
- Experience working with Franchise partners is definitely advantageous!
We look forward to receiving your application! Please note that we are not able to provide sponsorship and therefore all applicants must hold the relevant right to work in the UK. Direct applications only; we do not require the support of recruitment agencies at this time.
