We're looking for a commercially minded Delivery Sales Manager to lead and grow our off premise channels across Comptoir Group (20+ sites Nationwide), including delivery, click & collect and catering. This is a business critical role, owning partner performance with popular channels including Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
What you'll do:
- Own and develop relationships with delivery partners (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and others).
- Drive restaurant delivery sales, visibility and rankings through pricing, promotions and menu optimisation.
- Own the off premise P&L: forecasting, performance tracking, and balancing growth with sustainable margins.
- Lead the promotional and trading plan in partnership with Marketing.
- Grow click & collect and improve conversion and guest experience on owned digital channels.
- Scale our catering offer, including menus, pricing, packaging and operational processes.
- Partner with Tech and Operations to optimise delivery systems (e.g., Deliverect/POS integrations) and use data to drive decisions.
- Align with Operations on availability, accuracy, timings and cancellations and support new site openings.
- Act as a centre of excellence for off premise, coaching teams and embedding best practice and act as escalation point for delivery issues.
Delivery, click & collect and catering are performing strongly and profitably. Improved platform visibility, guest experience and operational performance. Clear, data led decision making across off premise channels, with reduced reliance on discounting over time. A scalable, sustainable off premise model is embedded across all brands.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivery/off premise, commercial or digital roles (ideally within delivery platforms in hospitality).
- Hands on experience ideally from working within delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat), including an understanding of rankings/visibility levers, pricing and menu optimisation.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability: forecasting financials and performance reporting.
- Track record of building and delivering joint business plans, national promotional calendars or major commercial partnerships.
- Confident influencing cross functional stakeholders and leading projects from idea to delivery.
- Practical, solutions focused approach and comfortable operating at pace.
- Experience with Deliverect or similar order management technology is an advantage.
