Overview This position would offer the opportunity to make instrumental impacts on millions of covered lives, supporting employee and family member access to evidenced based well-being services – from counseling to well-being coaching, state of the art digital solutions, and eldercare, childcare, legal and financial services to support the whole person. This role will be responsible for the global clinical quality, process, and service delivery of ComPsych’s products and allow the Senior Manager Global Clinical Programs to work cross departmentally with various ComPsych departments to ensure our customers successfully implement the programs to support engagement of services. They will oversee the development, implementation, quality and success of various clinical programs and services across the globe; support the collection and review of clinical outcomes data to ensure clinical quality and customer ROI; attend various customer meetings to support both sales and customer success in communicating ComPsych’s various clinical programs a user’s clinical experience; and contribute to ComPsych’s expertise related to global behavioral health trends, cultural differences globally, and other relevant global differences. This position also supports thought leadership initiatives with opportunities to present at conferences and other avenues to disseminate information on ComPsych’s services and behavioral health trends. This role is essential to the ComPsych Team and provides the opportunity to make meaningful contributions in the field of behavioral health globally. The Senior Manager Global Clinical Programs will report into the Senior Director of Global and WorkLife Operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a clinical leadership position, a strong ability to work with a team, an in-depth knowledge of mental health practices, and be an active learner with a growth mindset, continuously staying informed of regional global behavioral health trends. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership to teams responsible for global services, critical incident services, and on-site clinicians Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to participate in sales and customer presentations, support the implementation of new accounts, and ensure clinical programs are running efficiently Provide ongoing support to Customer Success for customer quarterly/annual utilization review meetings to ensure customer satisfaction with our service delivery and clinical quality Demonstrate thought leadership contributing to ComPsych clinical outcome measures and research as required Ability to research and share knowledge on cultural factors impacting mental health and mental health access in various global countries, as well as differences in local behavioral health access Responsible for resolving customer feedback around clinical and regional issues Potential site/region leadership responsibility for operational teams Responsible for clinical decision making Work with global teams and partnerships to optimize clinical quality and efficiency Conduct clinical case audits for global cases, and provide direction, coaching and leadership regarding quality assurance, best practice, and process adherence Drive efficiencies in current clinical services processes to ensure we are meeting and exceeding productivity and quality benchmarks Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications D. or PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field preferred, Masters required Active registered licensure preferred 8+ years of clinical experience in a leadership role in behavioral health Proven experience making decisions and solving complex problems Strong presentation, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership Strong understanding of Employee Assistance Programs and Behavioral Health required Excellent business acumen, with high energy, sense of urgency, and can do attitude Other Requirements: Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or event Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working #J-18808-Ljbffr
