Position: Applications Engineer Trainee - Mechanical
Are you:
- Great at problem solving and lateral thinking?
- Passionate about technology, with strong practical and IT skills?
- A clear communicator, able to explain your solution to colleagues and customers?

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our sales team to understand customer requirements
- Develop technical solutions to meet those requirements
- Become expert in our range of equipment and software
- Run measurement solutions on customer parts and deliver reports
- Work with sales to close the order
- Deliver training for customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Able with training to rapidly assimilate customer requirements
- Engineering familiarity, including understanding mechanical engineering drawings
- Great communication skills, able to listen and explain
- Practical, able to demonstrate equipment and solutions
- Team player, working alongside sales and user
- Excellent technical skills and a full driving licence.
Education: Engineering Degree or similar with mechanical content/element, completed a mechanical apprenticeship or time-served engineer
