What You’ll Do:

As an experienced Field Service Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventive and routine maintenance on a variety of air compressors (Rotary/Scroll/Piston).

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime.

• Providing support and advice to clients, building trusted relationships.

• Installing, commissioning, and testing new equipment.

• Airline Installations

• Assembling and configuring new machinery.

• Utilising computer systems for diagnostics, record-keeping, and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Mechanical engineering/fitter qualifications (Essential requirement)

• Be 40 years old or under (Essential requirement)

• A minimum of 4 years' experience servicing and maintaining air compressors (Essential requirement)

• Proficiency with computers and digital diagnostic tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical information to customers

• A valid UK driver’s license

• Willingness to work away on-site when required (1-4 days per month)

• The motivation and flexibility to relocate to Australia; sponsorship will be provided
