We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd's, Europe and North America. We are currently seeking a UK-based Claims Administrator to provide vital administrative support to the wider Claims team at Compre. This role is focused on ensuring that claims data is reviewed and processed accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining well-documented and up-to-date claims files that reflect accurate financial and handling activity.
Responsibilities
- Complete triage and processing of claims files in an accurate and timely manner, including financial adjustments.
- Provide overall administration support to the wider Claims team within Compre.
- Assist in the ongoing review of Static Claims.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders throughout the claims' life cycle, including Policyholders, Brokers, Client Insurers and the wider Claims Team.
- Process billings from external service providers and generate corresponding financial movements.
- Monitor general mailboxes to ensure all correspondence is current and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of claims data through ongoing review.
- Adhere to claims standards, including compliance to service level agreements.
- Manage data reconciliation to support identified commutation targets.
- Undertake the monthly ELTO tracing activity.
- Participate in additional responsibilities and project work as needed.

Qualifications/Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in claims administration.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years in claims administration, preferably with exposure to Direct and/or Reinsurance claims.
- Excellent prioritization and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, solve problems, and implement improvements.
- Solid understanding of claims administration processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
