Compound is a fast-growing UK fintech building the future of workplace pensions. We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a Partnerships Specialist to join us in London and help grow our partner network.
You’ll identify and engage potential partners such as accountants and payroll bureaus, start conversations, and build relationships to turn them into active Compound partners. You’ll work directly with the CCO and founders to drive growth and ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
