Compound Wealth Planning is a London-based financial planning firm working with professionals and families across the UK. We help people make clear, structured decisions around tax, pensions and long-term planning. We’re relationship-led, we build partnerships that last, and we genuinely care about getting things right for the people we work with.
We’ve been recognised a few times along the way:
- MoneyAge Micro Wealth Management Firm of the Year (2024 & 2021)
- Best Personal Financial Planning Specialist (2023)
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the operational side of what we do. This isn’t a passive admin role. You’ll be running client cases from start to finish, working alongside our advisers and ops team to make sure everything is delivered accurately and on time. You’ll be the person who keeps things moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operations: Managing client cases from instruction through to completion. Keeping Salesforce up to date and tracking where everything sits. Preparing documents, reports and client correspondence.
- Client Coordination: Acting as a point of contact for clients and providers. Keeping communication flowing between everyone involved. Making sure cases progress without getting stuck.
- Compliance & Quality: Making sure documentation meets regulatory standards. Keeping records accurate and audit trails clean.
- Business Support: Helping us improve how we do things. Spotting what could work better and getting involved.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who notices the small things. You communicate clearly and you don’t let things fall through the cracks. You’re comfortable juggling several things at once and you’re happy getting stuck into systems and tech. You take initiative and you like things to be well organised. Financial services experience is a plus, but it’s not a dealbreaker. If you’re sharp, reliable and keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s On Offer
- £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus
- Hybrid working
- Real career development opportunities
- Exposure to modern tools and a forward-thinking team
