Compound is seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to establish and lead its in-house finance function. You will own financial reporting, accounting, treasury and controls across the group and its SPVs, partnering with investment and development teams to forecast, fund and analyse performance.
You will be the sole finance hire initially, building scalable processes and systems, reporting directly to the CEO, and working with lenders, investors and advisers.
