We're a fast-growing Facebook ad agency on track to triple our revenue this year and go from 20+ clients to 60+ clients under management. Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Track profitability of client campaigns.
  • Create and update client strategies.
  • Allocate resources efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure strong relationships and campaign success.
  • Work with Ads to optimize results.

Salary: Between 3000 to 9000 USD per month before tax & social security depending on experience, skill level, incentive structure and clients managed.

Requirements:

  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • At least 5 years of full-time work experience in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Meta Ads.
  • At least 3 years at the same company in your last full-time role.
  • At least 1 year of management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an Agency.

Availability: Must be available until 7 or 8 PM Central European Time, as we work with many US-based clients.

Time commitment: Full-time.
