We are a fast-growing Facebook ad agency on track to triple our revenue this year and go from 20+ clients to 60+ clients under management. Our team of nine is made up of high performers who set a high bar for each other, making this an exciting and rewarding place to work.

We take an active interest in your growth, providing all the training and resources you need. The position is fully remote. Our clear structures and training materials help you learn quickly. You’ll receive detailed, constructive feedback to help you grow as much as possible.

You’re motivated by stability, consistency, and long-term success. You take pride in doing things properly and delivering high-quality work. You will track profitability of client campaigns, create and update strategies, manage the ad content team, allocate resources, and communicate with clients.

You’ll be part of a high-performance team that values structure, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will receive extensive training materials and clear frameworks so you can succeed from day one. Your contributions will have a direct impact on both the company’s success and your own earning potential.

Between 3000 to 9000 USD per month before tax & social security depending on experience, skill level, incentive structure and clients managed.

  • At least 5 years of full-time work experience in any field.
  • At least 3 years at the same company in your last full-time role.
  • Full-time or freelance.
