Role Description As a Sales Coordinator , you will be an integral part of our internal sales team, supporting daily sales operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This role includes both inbound and outbound calls, order processing, and CRM management. You\'ll work closely with merchants, stockists, and professional landscapers to ensure smooth and efficient communication and support. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to existing customers and new prospects Handle inbound customer enquiries and support requests Follow up on sample requests and qualified leads Liaise with merchants, stockists, and landscapers to support sales and customer care Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage warranty claims and customer feedback Maintain and update customer records using our CRM system Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company values in every interaction About You: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Experience in a sales or customer service role preferred Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries CRM experience is preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach To Apply: Please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role before 20th June 2025 .
