  • Raised $28M to date with plenty of runway

At Complyance, we believe in compliance with a (wh)y. Information security compliance is not about checking boxes - it’s about keeping customer data safe. By enabling under-resourced teams to increase their capacity and their visibility over their security posture, we are helping them protect what really matters.

Our GRC platform combines deep configurability, seamless integrations, and a fleet of AI agents that automate the work teams shouldn’t be doing manually. We’re leading the shift toward intelligent, workflow-native compliance operations — powerful automation built for the complexity of the enterprise.

Our team is made up of high performers across every function. If you’ve ever heard the story of how an “excellent” engineer is 10x better than a “good” engineer, then you’ll understand this: Complyance is full of 10x individuals. This creates a culture of trust, pace, and inherent motivation, as every team member knows that everyone else is delivering at a very high bar.

The Role

As part of the Customer Engagement team, you’ll own and lead a portfolio of enterprise client relationships, helping clients adopt AI-powered workflows that make their GRC programs stronger. You’ll run implementations end-to-end, solve complex problems, and become the trusted advisor clients rely on for clarity and impact. You’ll help turn clients into champions, bring sharp insights back to Product, and build the systems that allow our team to scale.

This is a career-accelerating role: high-visibility, high-ownership, and ideal for someone from a consulting or strategic client-facing background who wants to move fast, learn from top-tier talent, and play a meaningful role in the success and reputation of a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client engagements end-to-end
Fully own a portfolio of enterprise customers and manage every interaction with confidence, structure, and executive presence.
  • Deliver implementation excellence
Steer clients confidently from onboarding through to adoption. You’ll be mapping workflows, migrating data, writing playbooks and configuring integrations with exceptional attention to detail.
Solve for complex client use cases in real-time and translate manual processes into streamlined workflows powered by agentic AI, helping clients achieve meaningful efficiencies in their everyday work.
  • Act as a long-term strategic advisor
Understand each client’s goals fully and align Complyance to their priorities, shaping a long-term plan that drives adoption, impact, and commercial growth.
Build the kind of trust where clients instinctively lean on you for guidance. Maximise their value from the platform, guide them to new features, and secure renewals.
  • Turn clients into champions
Equip clients with the clarity, data, and storytelling they need to advocate for us internally. Build ROI metrics, impact summaries, and business cases they can take to leadership to advocate for Complyance.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to bring success stories forward through testimonials, case studies, and reference calls.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert
Become fluent in both Complyance with a y and compliance with an i, enabling you to support both clients and Complyance colleagues with platform mastery and domain expertise.
Bring a consultative mindset to every client interaction. Offer considered recommendations based on best-practice and other client experiences to elevate how clients run their GRC programs.
  • Shape the product through insight
Spot and synthesise patterns across your accounts, and turn them into clear feedback that helps Product refine what we build and how it impacts our customers.
Collaborate closely with Product through feature testing and early research to ensure our roadmap reflects real customer needs and drives innovation in the industry.
  • Build internal systems as we scale
Create clear, repeatable resources (playbooks, workflow guides, implementation frameworks) that make the customer experience feel consistent and high-quality.
We’re a lean team of 3 - strengthen our internal operations as we scale by tightening processes and ensuring our systems support a fast-paced, high-stakes delivery motion.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing role - ideally consulting, implementation, or a strategic customer-facing function. Experience in SaaS is a bonus!
  • Very strong client management skills: you build trust quickly, hold your own with senior stakeholders, and manage sensitive or complex dynamics with confidence and composure.
  • Structured, independent problem-solving: you think clearly under pressure, can solve problems live on calls, and know how to pull in others with context that’s easy to engage with.
  • Ability to ‘run through walls’: you are resourceful, outcome-orientated, and can keep momentum even when the path isn’t clear. You anticipate risks early and set clear expectations along the way.
  • Exceptional attention to detail: you produce work that is precise, polished, and reliable while juggling multiple clients. The quality of your execution will be highly visible, so your bar should be high!
  • Clear, concise communication: you can distill complexity into simple, actionable messages and naturally adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments: you enjoy fast-paced environments where you can build up processes and bring structure where there is ambiguity.
  • Ambition and hunger to learn: you want to grow into a leader who can manage others and are excited learning directly from the 10x talent across our team. You want responsibility, challenge, and a steep learning curve.
