Overview
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to establish alignment and clarity of vision, strategy, and capability. You\\\’ll operationalise product strategy, bring clarity to delivery timelines, and champion scalable systems for roadmap planning, go-to-market readiness, and customer alignment.
What you’ll own
Product Planning & Roadmap Operations
- Drive block and annual roadmap planning cycles with product leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Standardize how roadmap commitments are documented, shared, and tracked.
- Manage a single source of truth for internal and external product delivery timelines.
Commercial & Customer Alignment
- Create and maintain product launch calendars and go-to-market enablement kits.
- Collaborate and build field communication strategy with GTM Enablement.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing to ensure commercial teams are accurately positioned with what’s available now vs. what’s coming.
- Own, track, and align selective Customer Product Commitments
Feedback Loops & Voice of the Customer
- Build and manage feedback aggregation systems from GTM, advisory boards, customer calls, usage data, community, and support tickets.
- Synthesize and prioritize actionable insights to feed into product planning.
- Operationalize and scale design partner and early access programs.
Documentation & Enablement
- Ensure internal and external product documentation is up-to-date and easy to consume.
- Coordinate internal product enablement for sales, success, and support teams.
- Track and manage readiness for RFPs, including product capabilities matrices and future roadmap references.
What you’ll bring
- Have 5+ years in Product Operations, Programme Management, Product Management, or BizOps at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Excel at cross-functional orchestration and aren’t afraid to chase clarity across ambiguity.
- Can translate commercial urgency into product feasibility – you understand both sides deeply.
- Bring strong instincts for product strategy without needing to be the strategist.
- Are a systems thinker: You design durable frameworks, not one-off fixes.
- Are biased towards documentation, alignment, and accountability.
The Background You Need
- Experience supporting complex platforms (APIs, AI, regulated industries)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous delivery organizations
- Exposure to Sales, CS, and RFP-heavy environments
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Force Management, or similar sales methodologies
