We are looking for a Partner Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting organization. This is a pivotal role designed to sit at the intersection of technical innovation and commercial growth. While reporting into Solution Consulting, your primary mission is to enable new paths to market by co‑developing and co‑selling with our strategic partners. You won’t just be "demoing" our product; you will be architecting how ComplyAdvantage integrates into the platforms of Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Fintechs, and Software Partners. You will be the technical "brain" behind our joint‑value propositions, ensuring that when we partner, we build solutions that are scalable, technically sound, and commercially irresistible.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Alliances & Co-Development: Work alongside GSI and Platform partners to design "Powered-by" or "Integrated-with" solutions. You will map our API capabilities to the partner’s ecosystem to create unique, repeatable service offerings.
  • Joint Go-To-Market (GTM) Support: Partner with the GSI and Partner Account Managers to provide technical leadership during the co‑selling process. You will lead technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and architecture reviews for high‑stakes, multi‑party deals.
  • Partner Enablement: Act as the lead technical educator for partner architects and consultants. You will ensure they are experts in ComplyAdvantage’s data structures and AI‑driven detection, enabling them to advocate for us within multi‑million dollar transformation projects.
  • Solution Blueprinting: Create reusable technical assets, such as reference architectures, integration guides, and "Solution Blueprints" that simplify how partners deploy ComplyAdvantage for end‑clients.
  • Feedback Loop: Serve as the technical voice of the partner ecosystem back to our Product and Engineering teams. You will identify gaps in our APIs or data delivery that, if solved, would unlock new partner‑driven revenue streams.
  • Technical Governance: Ensure that integrations built by partners meet ComplyAdvantage’s standards for performance, security, and scalability.

About You

  • The "Architect" Mindset: 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Alliances. You have a knack for looking at two disparate systems and envisioning the bridge that connects them.
  • API & Data Fluency: You are deeply comfortable with RESTful APIs, JSON, and complex data environments. You can explain the nuances of data ingestion and risk scoring to both developers and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: You understand that great tech only matters if it sells. You can align technical architecture with business outcomes like "reduced false positives" or "faster client onboarding."
  • Collaborative Navigator: You enjoy working across teams (Sales, Product, and Partnerships) and can manage the technical expectations of large organizations like Deloitte, PwC, Sutherland or major Banking‑as‑a‑Service (BaaS) providers.
  • Self‑Starter: You are excited by the prospect of building a new function. You don’t need a playbook; you’re here to help write it.
  • Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in AML, KYC, Fintech, or Fraud is a significant advantage.

What’s in it for you?

  • Equity: We want you to have a stake in the future we are building.
  • Unlimited Time Off: We focus on performance and well‑being, not just hours logged.
  • Hybrid Working: Strike the balance that works for you and your team.
  • Professional Growth: Annual learning budget to drive your performance and career development.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: High‑tier Medical, Dental, and Vision contributions, plus Life Insurance and pre‑tax transit benefits.
