As the Manager of Marketing/GTM Operations, you will be the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations. Your goal is to move beyond "lead flow" and into "revenue orchestration." You will own the strategic alignment of our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and operationalisation of our GTM strategy, leveraging a cutting‑edge AI‑integrated tech stack to drive measurable business growth. This is a high‑impact role for a strategic thinker who is as comfortable in a commercial strategy session as they are configuring complex logic in modern GTM systems such as HubSpot and Clay.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment & GTM Motion Functional Bridge: Align Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams on a unified strategy. You will ensure that lead management processes reflect current business targets and growth signals.
  • ICP & Targeting: Own the definition and technical enforcement of our ICP. You will translate strategic inbound/outbound goals into actionable segments within our systems.
  • Evolution to Account Based Marketing: Support the transition to a sophisticated, intent‑based, signal‑led ABM motion.
  • AI & Modern Tech Stack Orchestration: Modernize and advance the core. Oversee the selection, maintenance, and configuration of our stack, including HubSpot, Dreamdata, Demandbase, Qualified, Clay, and LeanData.
  • Generative AI Implementation: Own the implementation of Generative AI (Gemini, Claude) into the marketing workflow to automate content personalisation, lead research, and data enrichment.
  • Innovation: Constantly experiment with new technologies and connect data sources to find "unfair advantages" in our customer lifecycle and campaign delivery.
  • Data, Analytics & Performance: Manage marketing assumptions, benchmarks, and performance metrics. You are responsible for telling the story of where we are heading, what is working, and why.
  • Advanced Attribution: Use Dreamdata to provide multi‑touch attribution insights, moving the conversation from "leads" to "influence" and "pipeline velocity".
  • Actionable Insights: Provide dashboards along with the "So What?" to the executive team to improve marketing effectiveness and spend allocation.
  • Process Optimisation & Scalability: Standardise and optimise campaign operations to ensure the team can scale without adding manual overhead.
  • Sales Handoff: Refine the handover process to ensure Sales is working the highest‑priority accounts with the best possible context.
  • The GTM Playbook: Own the documentation of all marketing processes, system architectures, and data dictionaries. Ensure the "How" and "Why" of our stack are transparent and accessible.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement: Lead the enablement sessions to ensure teams understand how to use Qualified, Demandbase, and Clay insights to win deals.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Team Orchestration – Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Marketing and GTM Operations experts.
  • Technical Roadmap: Set the priority and vision for the team, ensuring technical projects align with broader business goals and revenue targets.
  • Dynamic Resource & Capacity Planning: Act as the "Traffic Controller" for the team’s most valuable resource: Time. You will manage the balance between long‑term infrastructure builds and the fast‑moving technology landscape.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Architect: 7+ years of experience in GTM/Marketing Ops, with a track record of supporting sales & marketing orgs.
  • HubSpot & SFDC Power User: You understand the plumbing of a synced environment and how to maintain data integrity at scale.
  • AI‑Native: You are already using LLMs (Gemini/Claude) and automation tools (Clay) to solve data problems and scale personalisation.
  • Business Acumen: You are a revenue architect and business athlete who understands CAC, LTV, and Payback Periods.
