About the Role
At ComplyAdvantage, we are on a mission to eliminate the threat of financial crime. To do that, we need to find the best people—and that’s where you come in. We have an ambitious hiring roadmap for 2026, and we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer - Go to Market to join our Talent Acquisition team for the next six months. This is the perfect role for someone who is curious, loves a challenge, and wants to learn how a high-growth fintech scales its Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
You won’t just be "filling seats." You’ll be the first point of contact for future ComplyAdvantage team members, helping us build a diverse pipeline of talent that will help us grow across the globe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hunting for Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative tools to find "passive" candidates who aren’t necessarily looking for a job but would be a great fit for our Commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations).
