Overview
Junior Content Executive
We are looking for a driven, talented Junior Content Executive to help us market our SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions, which empower organizations to fight financial crime. We are building cutting-edge solutions that help create a safer world and stop money from ending up in the hands of criminals. Reporting directly to the Head of Content and working alongside a team of writers (in-house and freelance), the successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our marketing and wider business goals by crafting clear and impactful content for compliance professionals around the world.
Responsibilities
- Interview, digest, and summarize information from subject matter experts and product marketers alongside your research.
- Work with the Head of Content to understand the wider marketing goals behind our campaigns and develop content to help achieve those — e.g., blogs, infographics, etc. to support the ongoing nurturing of prospects.
- Create outlines, draft content, and revise based on feedback.
- Work with our in-house graphic design team to bring your copy to life and adapt it to interactive formats where appropriate.
- Co-drive our SEO-led content program, using AI tools to refresh and refine existing content.
- Understand our target audiences and become adept at easily repackaging and repositioning a core piece of content for different personas or companies.
- Become a true expert in financial crime risk management, writing content from your knowledge and developing ideas for impactful new material to support our marketing objectives.
About you
- Understand how to write copy for B2B audiences across various formats, from social posts and blogs to webpages and scriptwriting.
- Be comfortable working independently to meet deadlines and communicating proactively with colleagues about questions or feedback.
- Be keen to experiment with how AI-based tools can streamline the copy development and editing processes.
- Enjoy working at pace, handling multiple briefs simultaneously, and delivering work to a consistent, high-quality standard.
- Have a good working knowledge of the marketing strategies that drive and shape B2B campaigns, and use this to inform your copywriting.
- Be familiar with SEO best practices and comfortable integrating SEO and digital marketing team briefs into your content.
- Be highly organized and comfortable managing your own workload.
- Be able to communicate third-party experiences through ghostwriting.
- Be comfortable learning technical terminology.
- Be eager to learn fast and hit the ground running.
Nice to have
- Have experience in a similar role operating in a fast-paced marketing agency or fintech environment.
- Have experience and/or working knowledge of copywriting for account-based marketing.
- Be familiar with the marketing funnel and how to tailor the tone/detail of your copywriting to different stages of the buying process.
