Comply Advantage in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead (Commercial) to shape and execute our global commercial hiring strategy.

You will lead a small team of recruiters, partner with regional VPs and Directors, and drive data-informed decisions across the hiring funnel.

You’ll own the Commercial Hiring Playbook, refine assessments, and collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our employer brand.
