Overview

Commercial Designer — We’re looking for a versatile, self-motivated designer to join our in-house Marketing team at ComplyAdvantage. If you\’re passionate about creating impactful designs that support commercial success — from detailed slide decks and brochures to infographics and event collateral — we want to hear from you. This is a key role collaborating with our sales team directly, where you’ll take full ownership of applying the brand to a wide range of commercial assets.

About the Role

As our dedicated Commercial Designer, you’ll work directly with the sales and marketing teams to design a wide variety of assets that help drive business growth and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for elevating the visual quality and consistency of everything from customer-facing decks to branded content and swag.

You’ll sit within the marketing design team but be the go-to person for all things design within the sales team — collaborating across teams while managing your own workload from concept to delivery.

What you\’ll be working on:

  • Designing high-impact slide decks for client presentations and internal use
  • Creating sales collateral including brochures, whitepapers, data sheets, case studies, and guides
  • Developing infographics, one-pagers, and visual explainers to simplify complex information
  • Producing on-brand social media content, testimonials, visual assets and branded swag for commercial use
  • Collaborating with the commercial and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
  • Managing multiple projects with autonomy and accountability

About You

  • Comfortable working at pace and making quick decisions at short-notice to support new business meetings
  • Resilient and receptive to feedback and happy to offer new ideas and perspectives
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic or brand design, ideally within a marketing or commercial function
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital formats
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Confident designing within brand guidelines and evolving templates to suit new use cases
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography
  • Comfortable working independently while communicating clearly with non-design stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience working in B2B, tech, SaaS, or financial services sectors

What’s in it for you?

  • Equity as we want you to have a part of what we are building
  • Unlimited Time Off Policy to promote work-life balance and well-being
  • Annual learning budget to support professional growth
  • Budget to set up your home office upon joining
  • Enhanced parental leave and childcare benefits
  • Life insurance and medical coverage through BUPA, including pre-existing conditions
  • Pension contribution through The People\’s Pension
