Who Are We: Comply is the leading provider of compliance SaaS and consulting services for the global financial services sector. With more than 5,000 clients and hundreds of employees across the globe, Comply empowers Chief Compliance Officers and their teams to proactively manage regulatory obligations, mitigate risk, and scale with efficiency and confidence. Comply serves thousands of global financial services clients including broker‑dealers, insurers, investment banks, private funds, RIAs, and wealth managers who rely on Comply offerings to power their compliance programs.
The Role: Comply is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own product storytelling and go‑to‑market campaign strategies for FCA‑regulated firms. This role will ensure our products are clearly understood and positioned for financial services compliance professionals navigating an increasingly complex global regulatory landscape. You will serve as the connective layer between product, marketing, and sales — connecting regulatory requirements to product strategy. A significant part of this role is hands‑on content creation: you'll be writing thought leadership, developing webinar content, producing case studies and enablement assets, and translating complex compliance topics into clear, compelling copy. This role is ideally suited to a product marketer who is a self‑starter, has a passion for global regulatory compliance, and excels at writing and positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Thought Leadership, Content & Webinars: Develop thought leadership webinar and content topics in collaboration with the UK Field Marketing Manager and the broader Comply marketing team. Write and produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, research reports, blogs, presentations, and other materials – with a focus on FCA and global regulatory themes. Host webinars and solution showcases about our products and services. Write client case studies that translate customer outcomes and success stories into compelling narratives.
- Market Research, Analysis & Insight: Act as the voice of the customer to gain a deeper understanding of customer challenges, underserved needs, and feedback across product lines – bringing key findings to product and go‑to‑market teams. Research and analyze competitor positioning, market trends, and customer adoption to inform go‑to‑market strategy. Synthesize research findings and develop go‑to‑market strategies to expand into new markets, displace competitors, and accelerate new business growth. Work closely with the marketing and revenue operations team to understand which messages, campaigns, and product launches drive pipeline and bookings.
- Product Enablement & Go‑to‑Market Launches: Partner with marketing, product, and regulatory consultants to develop product messaging, value propositions, points of differentiation, and customer proof points for the UK market. Continuously iterate on ICPs, personas, and buying groups across UK and EMEA. Develop solution showcases that highlight how products work together to address real compliance challenges. Write and produce enablement assets including pitch decks, solution sheets, and presentation materials tailored by buyer and firm type.
- Product Launches & Release Communications: Serve as a core member of the Go‑to‑Market Launch team, with ownership of all PMM deliverables for UK‑related launches. Write and own internal readiness materials including messaging guides, FAQs, sales content, and release summaries.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Research: Conduct ongoing competitive research and analysis to inform positioning and enablement. Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor messaging. Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in product marketing or content marketing within B2B SaaS – must have compliance or highly‑regulated industry experience.
- An exceptional writer who can translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into clear, engaging copy.
- Proven experience developing a range of content formats including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
- Familiarity with FCA regulations and/or global compliance frameworks — financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into action.
- A self‑starter who is comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting and hosting webinars.
