Total Fire Safety is seeking a Head of Operations – Fire to lead our passive fire protection contracts and drive operational delivery. This senior strategic role offers real influence and the potential for progression to Managing Director level within our growing fire division.

The position is hybrid, based in Burton-on-Trent, requiring office presence 2 days a week. Strong leadership and substantial project management experience within passive fire protection are essential.

We offer an excellent salary, company car or allowance, bonus, and 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
