Technology Project Manager

At Complii, we're continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to join our Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the implementation of our core business platforms, primarily Sage Intacct and HubSpot, across the Group, helping our businesses successfully adopt the systems and processes that will support our continued growth.

We're looking for a Technology Project Manager who can lead implementations from initial discovery through to go-live and adoption, working closely with colleagues across Operations, Finance, Sales, Technology, and our Executive Leadership team. You'll be responsible for project planning and governance, coordinating implementation partners, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring our businesses are fully prepared and supported throughout each implementation.

You will play a pivotal role in Complii's technology transformation, managing multiple projects across a growing Group and bringing together stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to keep implementations moving. From day one, you'll work closely with our CTO and senior leaders, providing clear communication and structure while helping our businesses embrace change and ensuring each implementation delivers the required operational and commercial benefits.

Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing:

• Leading end-to-end implementations of Sage Intacct and HubSpot across Complii businesses, developing detailed project plans and milestones, managing scope, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully against agreed objectives and timescales.
• Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand existing processes, systems, data, and requirements, facilitating discovery workshops, defining future-state processes, and identifying the operational, training, and change requirements needed for successful implementation.
• Coordinating implementation partners and internal teams across technical workstreams including data migration, system configuration, integrations, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness, maintaining clear accountability for deliverables and escalating risks or blockers where required.
• Driving business readiness and adoption through effective change management, communications, and training, supporting users through go-live and hypercare while tracking implementation success, capturing lessons learned, and continually improving how future businesses are onboarded.

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

• Proven experience managing software implementation, technology transformation, or business systems projects from planning through to successful delivery, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, with experience coordinating third-party implementation partners and communicating confidently with stakeholders across operational functions, Technology, and senior and executive leadership teams.
• Experience supporting organisational change, business readiness, and user adoption, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear project plans, coordinate training, manage competing priorities, and bring people with you through periods of change.
• Experience implementing platforms such as Sage Intacct, HubSpot, CRM, ERP, or finance systems would be advantageous, alongside strong project management capability and experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar.
