At Complii, we're investing in a major technology transformation across our Group, and we're looking for a Technology Implementation Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career across technology, business analysis, data, and project delivery while playing an important role in the implementation of shared platforms including Simpro, Sage Intacct, HubSpot, and HiBob.

We're looking for someone who is motivated, analytical, and keen to develop their technical skills while working with both people and technology. You'll work alongside experienced consultants, implementation managers, and business stakeholders, supporting everything from data migration and process mapping through to testing, training, and go-live support as we onboard businesses and deliver transformation initiatives across Complii.

What you receive for joining us:

  • Excellent salary including 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, an additional day off for your birthday.
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • The opportunity to develop your career within our Technology & Transformation team while gaining hands-on experience across multiple systems, businesses, and technology disciplines.

Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing:

  • Supporting technology implementations across Complii businesses, assisting with discovery workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration and validation, and helping ensure new ways of working align with our Group-wide operating model.
  • Supporting data migration from legacy systems, gathering, cleansing, transforming, and validating data, assisting with system imports and reconciliation, and identifying and resolving data quality issues to support accurate and successful implementations.
  • Supporting testing and quality assurance activities, developing and executing test scripts, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, tracking and retesting issues, and working with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions are ready for deployment.
  • Helping our people successfully adopt new systems and processes by preparing guidance and training materials, delivering end-user training, supporting super users and providing go-live and hypercare support while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, confidence working with Microsoft Excel and large datasets, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and people skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at different levels, manage multiple priorities, and travel regularly to operational sites across the UK to support implementation activities.
  • Experience with systems such as Simpro or other ERP or field service management platforms, data migration, process mapping, software testing, user support, or business systems would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in people with the aptitude and motivation to learn.
  • You may be a recent graduate in a business or technology-related discipline, an early-career professional looking to move into technology or projects, or an experienced administrator, coordinator, or analyst ready to take the next step into a more technical and transformation-focused role.

If you feel you have the skills and drive to make an impact, even if you don't meet every requirement above, we'd still love to hear from you.
