If you love a busy day, solving puzzles, and bringing order to chaos, you are going to enjoy this. Every day is different. You will be planning ahead, reacting in the moment, and keeping all the plates spinning. There is real satisfaction in knowing you have kept the day on track and the team running smoothly. You will also be one of the main points of contact for our clients, so being friendly, clear, and helpful comes naturally to you. You enjoy a good conversation and take pride in delivering a great experience every time.

If you like the idea of being right at the centre of the action in an awesome team where your work genuinely matters, this could be exactly what you are looking for.

What you receive for joining us:

We’re offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, with 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays, an additional day off on your birthday, private Health Care, Company Pension, Reward and Recognition Scheme and lots more that we’d be happy to tell you about.

Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll keep 8 engineers busy and on track by planning and coordinating their daily work, making sure every service visit is booked efficiently.
  • You will manage schedules, keep planning records up to date, raise new jobs, match the right people to the work, and organise overnight stays when needed.
  • Be a go to contact for clients, keeping communication clear and friendly over phone and email.
  • You will work closely with the Service Desk Team and Operations Manager to make sure everything runs smoothly and meets both business needs and client expectations.
  • Stay on top of completed work by making sure engineer reports are sent to clients on time, checking everything is up to standard, and passing jobs through for invoicing.
  • You will spot any gaps or clashes in the schedule early and sort them before they become a problem, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Help keep things running smoothly by maintaining organised workflows, supporting company standards, and assisting the Operations Manager where needed, all while promoting a professional and customer focused approach.

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

  • You have experience in customer service and have worked in a scheduling or planning role, bringing strong organisation, great time management, and the ability to work confidently on your own or as part of a team.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently, you are just as comfortable building great relationships with clients as you are working with your colleagues, always bringing a professional yet approachable style.
  • With a sharp eye for detail, you enjoy solving problems and can stay flexible and calm when priorities change in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • You bring a smart and logical approach to scheduling, working efficiently and with real attention to detail in a busy, service driven environment.
