At Complii, we are on the lookout for a Technology Digital Experience Lead to drive the adoption, enhancement, and delivery of our customer-facing digital capabilities, with a key focus on our customer portal and wider digital experience. This role focuses on coordinating customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure digital initiatives are delivered effectively, aligned to customer needs, and capable of supporting the continued growth of the business.

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer portal and digital roadmap. Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing:

  • Driving adoption and engagement of the customer portal by identifying opportunities to improve usability, customer experience, and digital value delivery.
  • Managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate portal enhancements, integrations, project timelines, and delivery priorities.
  • Working with customers, marketing, and technology teams to gather requirements, define digital roadmaps, and prioritise customer-focused initiatives.
  • Supporting the delivery, testing, rollout, and communication of new portal features, integrations, and customer experience improvements.

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, Digital Experience, or similar customer-focused technology delivery roles.
  • Strong experience working with customer-facing digital platforms, external vendors, SaaS solutions, and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Solid understanding of customer engagement, roadmap planning, integrations, APIs, and translating customer needs into structured delivery plans.
  • A proactive, organised, and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
