At Complii, we are on the lookout for an ESG Coordinator to support the development and delivery of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy across the Group. This role focuses on driving sustainability, supporting responsible business practices, and helping us achieve our environmental, social and governance objectives while working closely with teams across our diverse service divisions. You will play an important role in embedding ESG principles across the Group, supporting carbon reduction programmes, sustainability reporting, governance activities, and social value initiatives. From day one, you'll be working alongside experienced colleagues to help shape our ESG agenda, improve performance, and ensure we continue to meet the expectations of our customers, regulators, investors, and employees.

Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing:
- Coordinating the delivery of our Group ESG Strategy, supporting sustainability projects, tracking ESG objectives and KPIs, and helping embed ESG principles across the business.
- Collecting, analysing and reporting ESG and carbon data, maintaining dashboards and reporting systems, and producing performance updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Supporting environmental initiatives including carbon reduction planning, energy and resource efficiency projects, social value programmes, and employee engagement activities across the Group.
- Working closely with operational teams to strengthen ESG governance, support customer and tender requirements, maintain compliance with evolving reporting standards, and drive continual improvement.
Can you show experience in some of these areas?
- Experience working within ESG, sustainability, environmental management or a similar role, with an understanding of carbon reporting and sustainability principles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing reports, dashboards and performance data using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Office 365 applications.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the organisation.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, sustainability programmes or standards such as CDP, EcoVadis, SEDEX, SECR, ISO 14001 or IEMA qualifications would be advantageous.
