We’re hiring an Operations Field Manager – Fire Protection to join our team at Abbot Fire Group, supporting our growing Fire Protection division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 15 Fire Protection Engineers within a £3 to 3.5M operational division, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety standards, and commercial performance across our nationwide services.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fire Protection Engineers, creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and skills development sessions.
- Oversee daily operational performance, including planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, compliance, and delivery of fire protection services to meet customer expectations.
- Champion health and safety standards by leading audits, toolbox talks, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain best-in-class engineering practices.
- Manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, support commercial growth opportunities, and work with internal teams to improve service delivery, retention, and revenue performance.
