At Complii we’re hiring a Part Time Central Services Advisor to join our expanding team based at our office in Bicester. If you’re a driven and motivated individual looking to develop your career within sales and business development, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Experience in business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not essential. If you believe you have the skills and confidence to succeed, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for cold calling companies and contacting businesses from our existing CRM database to build a strong pipeline of warm leads. A key part of your role will be arranging site surveys and meetings for our Business Development Managers, introducing the company by emailing information to prospective client contacts, and managing incoming website leads.
You will work towards agreed weekly call and appointment targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system. In addition, you will support the wider sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a role that requires resilience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
What you receive for joining us:
- We’re offering an hourly rate of £15.00 per hour plus a performance bonus, with on-target earnings of around £28,500.
- Ideally, you’ll work 9am-3pm Monday to Friday but we’re more than happy to consider those able to work anything from 8 hours per week up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
- We also offer 25 days holiday per annum (pro rata), plus Bank Holidays, a company pension and your birthday off.

- Previous B2B experience (ideal but not essential) with excellent attention to detail.
