We’re looking for a Passive Fire Account Manager to join Capital Fire Doors, part of the Complii Group. This role covers the South-East and is focused on managing existing regional and small customer accounts, while also supporting new business opportunities with leads provided by the business. The role is predominantly account management, with a strong focus on retaining customers and growing revenue across maintenance, projects, installations and small works within passive fire, specifically fire doors and fire-stopping. It’s a field-based, hybrid role offering autonomy, ownership of your territory and long-term career potential.
What’s in it for you? We offer an excellent salary, with an OTE of 50% of your salary through an uncapped commission scheme and a car allowance. You’ll play a vital role in supporting operational teams, influencing supplier performance, and contributing to continuous improvement. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), your birthday off, and a company pension.
Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing regional and small customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact and representing Capital Fire Doors professionally across all interactions.
- Retain and renew passive fire maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance, service continuity and protection of divisional margin.
- Identify and convert opportunities for fire door and fire-stopping works, including maintenance, small works and project activity, by understanding customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Support new business growth within the territory (with leads provided), helping to build a sustainable pipeline while maximising value from existing accounts.
Can you show experience in some of these areas:
- Account management experience within passive fire, fire doors, fire-stopping or the wider fire safety / life safety sector.
- Managing contract renewals, margins and long-term customer relationships within a compliance-led or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of passive fire requirements, particularly fire doors and fire-stopping, and their role in compliance and risk management.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, renewals, forecasting and sales activity accurately.
Do you see yourself reflected in the description above? If so, we encourage you to apply today. Unsure if you tick every box? Don’t let that stop you, we value transferable experience, ambition and the right mindset.
