Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing:

  • Managing installation projects from start to finish, planning priorities, resources, materials, and equipment to ensure works are delivered safely, to a high standard, within agreed timescales and budgets, and against required KPIs.
  • Leading and developing the Installation Team and trusted subcontractors, providing clear direction on programme and standards, maintaining regular communication and site visits, and ensuring consistently high levels of workmanship and productivity.
  • Managing project health, safety, and compliance requirements, including producing risk assessments, method statements, and programmes of works, briefing engineers, holding site safety meetings and toolbox talks, and ensuring company procedures and relevant industry standards are followed.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and site management, providing regular progress updates, resolving issues, managing project handovers and final sign-off, and maintaining accurate forecasts of monthly invoicing potential.

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

  • Previous experience managing installation projects within construction site and end-client environments, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, resources, engineers, and subcontractors while consistently meeting deadlines and agreed standards.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, build effective relationships with clients and colleagues, negotiate confidently, and contribute positively as part of a wider management team.
  • A commercially aware and solutions-focused approach, with experience of budget control, project reporting and forecasting, combined with excellent attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-moving project environment.
