About the job – Certification Team Account Manager
Join Our Team – Compliant Ltd Is Growing
Compliant Ltd provides consultancy and support services to help businesses achieve and maintain their ISO certifications and accreditations. We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to delivering exceptional service to both our business and our clients. In this role, you will support new clients in developing their ISO management systems in preparation for initial audits. While previous experience in ISO management systems is desirable, full training will be provided for the right candidate. The position is primarily remote, however occasional travel to client sites is required.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members
- Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business and operational needs
- Lead regular Microsoft Teams meetings to support, develop, and internally audit client ISO management systems
- Provide guidance and advice on compliance with relevant ISO standards
- Assist clients throughout their external audit processes
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Confident using Microsoft Teams for client meetings
- Highly organised with effective diary‑planning skills
