We are seeking a Head of Technical Compliance - Europe who will work within the Maxima Compliance arm of the business. This is a London based (hybrid working) role.

Who are Maxima Compliance?

We are the leading Technical Compliance consulting firm for the i Gaming industry!

We help online gambling operators and suppliers gain a competitive edge through technical compliance and technical governance.

What will you be doing?

Youll be responsible for leading the technical compliance projects.

This role will allow you to utilize your advanced technical compliance experience and skills to lead and manage a highly competent technical compliance team.

Youll be supporting the VP Technical Compliance to develop, lead and manage the Technical Compliance Services and the team and to develop and implement an innovative, growth focused technical compliance services strategy.

You will be focused primarily on new product areas and emerging global markets (Except for the US).

Your role

  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope budget and timeline.
  • Manage Change Management projects, including the revision and creation of policies, Implementation, and certification of procedures.
  • Manage Product compliance projects, including functional testing, support during development of products and during the concept stages.
  • Manage Games, PAMs, and RGIs certification projects globally.
  • Manage ISMS projects, including support with the implementation of the requirements, performing internal audits, and writing and reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Supporting B2Bs, B2Cs and other external clients with Technical Compliance consultations, making sure the deliverables are of a very high-quality standards and provided in a timely manner.
  • Support with the management of a Team of compliance experts and ensure the most efficient management of resources.
  • Ensuring that all the requirements of the technical compliance services department are implemented, embedded, and delivered.
  • Ensure that all technical services are being delivered in a safe, compliant, diligent, and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaising with the relevant internal departments allowing for clear and full communication throughout the business.
  • Building successful relationships and with clients, vendors and regulators.
  • Responding professionally, politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
  • Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progress culture within the Company.

Qualifications & Education

A bachelors degree in information and computer science or a related field (or similar). Or 6+ years of working in a similar role.

Preferred Skills

  • ISMS 27001 qualified auditor with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience managing a small-medium team.
  • 2-3 years of experience working for an Accredited Testing Facility (ATF).
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing Technical Requirements for products and game concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of Technical Compliance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects.
  • Experience in the i Gaming industry is a considerable advantage.
  • Excellent English. (Additional languages is an advantage).
