We\’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator to join our diverse, friendly, ambitious team. This role is fully remote, so you can bring your skills to the table from the comfort of your own home (slippers encouraged).
Who You Are
You\’re upbeat, adaptable, and enjoy being the person who brings calm, clarity and good vibes to a situation. You\’ll thrive with us if you have:
- Customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills (you\’re just as confident talking to tenants as you are chatting with clients or contractors)
- Impressive organisational skills
- The ability to focus and work independently — but also be a great team player
- Eagle-eyed attention to detail
- Motivation to see a task through to the finish line
Since this job is fully remote, all we ask is that you have computer literacy, stable broadband, and a comfortable place to work. We\’ll supply the tech, tools and support to help you shine.
