RETAIL COMPLIANCE TECHNICAL ADVISORY MANAGER – L4 QUALIFIED WITH STAFF SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE AND INVESTMENTS & MORTGAGES KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Our client, a well known compliance consultancy, is recruiting a manager to head up their technical advice team. Duties will include the following;

- Deliver training on regulatory matters to the team and other internal departments.
- Promote a culture of cross-department collaboration within the group to ensure information, knowledge and experience is shared across the business.
- Coaching and developing the team with the ability to assess training needs.
- Setting, measuring and managing performance standards and expectations.
- Motivating team members and creating an environment that fosters participation and challenge whilst supporting individual needs.
- Reviewing firms’ Financial Promotions and Websites.
- Assist firms with internal notifications to the regulator and other requests.
You should have solid compliance experience of both Investments & Mortgages with the L4 qualification and staff supervision experience. NB the role is 3d pw in the office and 2d WFH.
