REGULATORY CHANGE MANAGER – EXPERIENCE OF HORIZON SCANNING (POSSIBLY FROM RETAIL FINANCIAL SERVICES) REQUIRED £70K -£80K & benefits 50% Hybrid (London) REF: 4128D3 We are recruiting for our client, a leading Financial Services Group, seeking a Regulatory Change Manager. Duties will include; Ensuring there is clear internal and external communication on the impact of regulatory changes and providing training where needed Working closely with other internal teams, conducting analysis of customer demand and regulatory changes, and supporting the implementation of any required or recommended changes to ensure the business continues to deliver good customer outcomes Input into regulatory documentation and/or outputs and operational procedures from a technical point of view ensuring they are clear, accurate and not misleading Analyse any developing pensions and retail investments legislations and oversee any major changes and ensuring ongoing compliance Engage and support our colleagues with the management and delivery of systems, regulatory and legislative change for the benefit of our customers and business growth opportunities Represent the Group at relevant Industry bodies, relevant panels, working groups which enable you to support the development of the Group brand as a key contributor in technical discussions You should have previous compliance advisory experience including horizon scanning of FCA regulatory changes (and any other relevant) . Any experience of Life & Pensions/Retail Financial planning useful however more important is the ability to effectively communicate the impact of regulatory change to non specialists.
