Partner – Insolvency Division

We are working for a well-capitalised overseas accountancy practice recently set up here, now seeking a Partner to lead their nascent insolvency division. Responsibilities include:

  1. Building up the practice as a senior member of the UK team
  2. Hiring a team to develop the division
  3. Bringing in new business, ensuring all legal formalities are completed, and successfully managing assignments
  4. Budgeting & Board reporting to the overseas parent
  5. Assisting with broad marketing and promoting the firm within the UK, including attending industry conferences and events

Candidates should have previous insolvency accounting experience with corporate clients, including restructuring and turnaround projects, strong business development skills, and ideally an existing network. Qualification as an Insolvency Practitioner via JIEB and full licensing to take on court appointments are preferred. Salary will be based on fit.
