LAW FIRM ASSOCIATES -QUALIFIED LAWYER (UK OR OVERSEAS) WITH INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED £150K -£225K bonus & bens Hybrid (London) Ref: 4135D Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking two Associates (one more senior) to work closely with partners and other colleagues across the firm on high value, complex international arbitration cases involving transnational commercial contracts and international investment treaties between parties located in multiple jurisdictions. Duties will include; Advising on the procedural requirements under the CPR and practices. Working closely with team members to formulate case theory and strategy. Assuming a key role in drafting written submissions, including managing more junior members of the team in the process. Managing research and document review processes. Assisting in the preparation of witness and expert evidence. Liaising directly with clients, witnesses and experts, tribunals, courts and opposing counsel. Working closely with partners on BD initiatives, including law-review publications, client briefings and conference presentations and mentoring junior members of the team (Senior role only) You should have at least three years’ professional experience (or six years for the Senior role) representing clients in high value, complex international investment and/or commercial arbitration with an excellent academic background. You should be qualified as a Lawyer from the UK or overseas (especially if fluent in other mainstream languages, provided you have fluent spoken & written English and full working rights in the UK).
