The predicted salary is between 24000 - 42000 £ per year.

Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is looking for an entry level Compliance Associate to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and working within a dynamic and collegiate team, this will be a broad and multi-faceted role, with both internal and external Compliance training across all aspects of the role.

Duties will include:

  • Following the Monitoring and Surveillance programme
  • Assisting in record keeping
  • Approving financial promotions

You should have a 2.2 (or better) degree from a good university with circa six months experience in a Financial Services AML, Audit, Compliance or Operations role (possibly from a placement year or temporary role). In addition, you should be adept at utilising technology and have a “can do” attitude with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

NB Role is hybrid three days a week (T/W/Th). This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where the Head of Compliance promotes from within, and drive and commitment is encouraged and rewarded.
